The Staff Counsellor's Office is, like the Staff Development Service, one of the principal departments of the United Nations Office of Human Resources Management. Using the signature look we'd designed in 2005, we were asked to provide a new look and feel for the almost 300-page annual Pre-Retirment Programme.
