Believe it or not, static banner advertising is as strong as ever. In early 2006, Hachette Fillipachi's Online Marketing and promotions division asked The Complex to produce a series of banner ads for their hottest consumer enthusiast and entertainment magazine titles: Cycle World, Boating, Popular Photography & Imaging, Premiere and Sound & Vision.

The banners were generated in an assortment of sizes for specific, tiered placement and the work was so well received, we were subsequently asked to create a series of print ads.
