The Mission Readiness web site is designed by the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM), through the Staff Counsellor"s Office (SCO), to serve as an online tool in order to assist staff members with the systematic preparations for the field work.

The topics provided should guide staff members through all the phases of the mission assignment: pre-deployment ("On the move"), deployment ("Being there") and post-deployment ("Moving On"), enabling them to make a smooth transition to the new living and working environment, family separation less vulnerable and support their social integration upon completion of the assignment.
